Rain Barrels -

These 50 and 60 gallon rain barrels are made from recycled food grade barrels.  Even though they have been thoroughly cleaned and several coats of a UV polish has been applied, they may still have some scratches     and scrapes.  This should be considered as part of the “character” of the recycled barrels.  The barrels have a screw on top with one inch holes, screen mesh to keep out debris and mosquitoes, three top overflow male hose connections with caps, a nylon spigot, and a bottom drain plug.  The overflow fittings allow excess water to be diverted into a second barrel (or third or fourth etc.), or by attaching hoses, excess water can be diverted to remote areas such as a garden or flower beds.  The nylon spigot is shipped inside the barrel and will need to be screwed into the pre-installed plastic fitting. The nylon spigot can be interchanged with the bottom drain plug if desired.

Composter -

These 60 gallon black tumbling composter barrels are the most ruggedly built and durable composters on the market today.  The framework is made from 2” X 1/4” rolled steel and has rounded edges so it is easily moved. The barrel is made from a recycled food grade barrel that was imported into the U.S. from India.  The barrels have been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, but having traveled many thousands of miles, they may still have some small scratches and scrapes.  Although the barrels have a UV treatment built in, an additional two coats of a UV treatment has been applied.  The composters have holes in both the top and bottom, allowing rain water to enter the barrel and escape after moistening the contents.  There is a metal cross bar in the center of the barrel to break up the contents each time the barrel is turned.  A FREE booklet “Home Composting Made Easy” is included with your composter order.

Aunt Molly's Diverter -

This system attaches to your downspout and will direct the rain water into your rain barrel.  After the rain barrel is full, the diverter will automatically re-direct the rain water back into the downspout.

Flex Elbo -

This may be used instead of a diverter. The elbow directs rain water into the top of the barrel.  The elbows can be installed by removing a section of the downspout above the barrel, leaving the bottom section attached to the house allowing you to insert the elbow into the bottom section of downspout when the barrel is removed or filled with water.

Rain Barrel Connector -

These ready built 12” connectors allow you to connect multiple barrels through the top overflow valves.
